Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar, add milk slowly mixing it in well.
  2. Add vanilla, stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. It makes about 1 1/2 quarts. This is a great recipe to add your favorite flavors to.
