Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together crust inredients like you would a meatloaf.
  2. Press into a deep-dish pie plate ( I use my cast iron frying pan).
  3. Shape into a pie crust leaving a well in the center
  4. Mix together all filling ingredients. Pour into well. It will be wet and loose, but it will become firm and dense
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes; remove foil; top with reserved cheese and bake another 15 minutes
