Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Skin the cucumbers.
  2. Using a vegetable grater cut the cucumbers into small strips, and then cut into small pieces.
  3. Drain the cucumbers well, and then add salt.
  4. Crush the garlic cloves and add.
  5. Add the yogurt and a little vinegar.
  6. Mix the ingredients together.
  7. Add some olive oil.
