Turmeric Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine lemon juice, turmeric, garlic and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, turning to coat with marinade.
  3. Marinade in fridge for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally of marinade doesn't cover chicken.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill or broil chicken and onions until done, turning once.
  7. Serve topped with onions.
