Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make two kinds of poultry salads:
  2. One sweetened by the cranberry sauce or relish and one savory with the shopped cilantro
  3. Add desired amount of finely chopped onion and celery to each salad
  4. Bind with mayonnaise
  5. Stir in the cranberry sauce/relish to one and the chopped cilantro into the other salad
  6. Season taste
  7. Place salads on a platter along with sliced cold stuffing and bread or rolls
  8. Serve along with fresh sliced fruit such as c antelope for a great brunch, lunch or dinner sandwich
