Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little water and saute the onion and garlic until lightly coloured.
  2. Add the tomatoes and juice, green pepper, herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tuna and cook a further 5-10 minutes to heat through.
  5. While sauce is simmering, cook the pasta in lightly salted water until tender.
  6. Drain.
  7. Place cooked pasta on a serving dish, top with the grated cheese and pour tuna sauce over.
  8. Garnish with tomato.
  9. * Can be doubled.
