Tuna And Pear Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. tuna
  • 1/2 onion
  • grape tomatoes (as many as you like)
  • 1 toe minced garlic (i used purple garlic)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • course ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop onion very fine
  2. Mince garlic
  3. Slice tomatoes if you like
  4. Cube the pear
  5. Add all ingredients to tuna and toss
