This easy-to-make pear and tuna salad gives you a tangy and sweet low-carb dish. If you love onion, garlic, oilve oil, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar, give it a try.
Ingredients:
6 oz. tuna
1/2 onion
1/2 pear-very ripe
grape tomatoes (as many as you like)
1 toe minced garlic (i used purple garlic)
1 tbs olive oil
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
course ground black pepper
2 tbs crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Chop onion very fine
2. Mince garlic
3. Slice tomatoes if you like
4. Cube the pear
5. Add all ingredients to tuna and toss
