Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preaheat oven to 375
  2. Spray a little Pam into glass baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Drizzle EVOO over chicken. Turn chicken over and repeat seasoning and EVOO to other side.
  3. Add a little tap water (maybe 1/8 - 1/4 cup) to help keep chicken moist.
  4. Bake in oven, turning every 10 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
  5. These were baked uncovered on lowest rack at 425 until the fries were done (20 minutes), then lowered oven to 350 anc baked with the brown and serve rolls (about 10 more minutes)
