Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Tomatoes, Broth, and Tomato Juice in a pot and cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the Butter, Cream, and Basil Leaves. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Use an Immersion Blender to get the soup to the consistency that you desire. If you do not have an Immersion Blender, you can use a regular blender and blend the soup in batches.
  4. Once soup is blended fix a yummy bowl for yourself! I like to add a little provolone cheese and croutons to my soup, but it is just delicious by itself! Enjoy!
