  1. In saucepan heat oil over medium heat. saute onions and garlic until soft
  2. Add remaining ingredients except tomato and heat through about 6 minutes.
  3. Just before serving toss in tomatoes and stir, cover and cook 3-5 minutes
  4. Enjoy.
