Throw Together Leftover Chicken Casserole |

Throw together with stuff out of the refridgerator or get a store bought rotissere chicken and toss this together on one of those night where you don't have time to really cook anything your just going to heat it up! You could throw in some cooked vegies that you have left in the fridge or even a drained can of vegetables of choice to make this a true one pot meal Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken, cut up |
2 teaspoons oil |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic (optional) |
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 2/3 cups milk |
2 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
1 cup cooked vegetables (optional) |
Directions:
1. in saucepan heat oil over medium heat. saute onions and garlic until soft 2. add remaining ingredients except tomato and heat through about 6 minutes. 3. just before serving toss in tomatoes and stir, cover and cook 3-5 minutes 4. enjoy. |
