Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute minced garlic and ground bird eye chili beans in the pan with the olive oil.
  2. Add sliced and diced onion and saute a while and add more olive oil if needed.
  3. Add beef to the pan and saute meat a while until brown.
  4. Add soy sauce and tomato paste.
  5. Add water. Check how thick the sauce is. Add more water if you want make it thinner.
  6. Add ground black pepper and basil and check seasoning.
  7. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add water if needed.
