The Royal Cottage Cheese for the Royalite!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the paneer into equal sized pieces.
  2. Beat the cream.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Then cut the chillies and ginger into equal sized juliennes.
  5. Pressure cook the ripe tomatoes without water.
  6. Cool them.
  7. Beat in a mixie and discard the seeds.
  8. Now, in a skillet, add the pureed tomato along with the cumin powder, chilli powder (or garam masala powder), pepper powder, green chillies and ginger.
  9. Add salt and sugar.
  10. Boil for 10 minutes till the mixture thickens as per the required consistency.
  11. Add cream, paneer pieces, lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Boil for 3 minutes.
  13. Serve hot with rotis/naan/parathas/bread and enjoy!
