The Easiest and Best Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 oz) cans rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz) jars salsa
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover and Cook on High for 3 hours and then reduce heat to low for approximately 3-5 more hours. If the chicken has not seperated on it's own, just give it a few shreds with the fork.
  4. Serve and Top with Sour Cream.
