Ingredients:

  • 1 (32 oz) can tomato puree ( i like walmart's or contadina)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir all well. I use a whisk. Let sit for a couple-two-tree hours. What could be easier? You can use this for spaghetti sauce too with some meatballs and sausage. I put the raw meat in and gently simmer it for an hour or so. Delizioso! It gives the sauce a hearty flavor. Gotta try this one!
