  5. Light season with the spice mixture
  6. Grill the corn over a hot charcoal or gas grill The kernels should pick upo a slight char.
  7. Remove the corn from the gtill
  8. Lightly coat each ear with mayonnaise
  9. Roll in the grated Romano/Asiago cheese
  10. Sprinkle with ancho chile powder
  11. Serve with napkins
