Directions:

  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. In same skillet brown onions, garlic.
  4. Add to the roast with all the ingredients.
  5. Cook on Low 8 hours.
  6. Remove pork roast and vegetables to a serving platter.
  7. You can whisk the juice to smooth it out.
