Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle corn chips on bottom of an 8 baking pan.
  2. Unwrap tamales; arrange over corn chips. (This is where I cut in 1 or 2 pieces).
  3. Combine all the rest of the ingredients except cheese; mix well.
  4. Spoon over tamales. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking till cheese melts. Serve with sour cream.
