Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1) Cook ground beef and minced onion together until beef is browned; drain grease; Drain can of tomatoes into beef mixture; chop up tomatoes and add to beef mixture.
  2. 2) Pour in taco seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes. Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces and put into large bowl. Layer Corn chips, beef mixture and cheese. Toss lightly.
