Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of white sugar
  • 1 cup of full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp of golden syrup

Directions:

  1. Pull all ingredients into a strong saucepan
  2. Bring slowly to the boil, stirring all the time.
  3. Allow to boil for 10 minutes, stirring
  4. Take off the heat and Beat hard for 7 minutes or until quite sugary
  5. Pour into a greased tine and allow to cool.
  6. Before quite set, mark into squares with a knife.
  7. When completely set and cold, break into pieces.
  8. Yummy
