  1. Over medium heat, dissolve chicken granules in 1 1/2 cups water. Add broccoli, cover and cook 8-10 minute Add milk, cheese and pepper. Cook and stir til cheese melts. Combine flour with 1/2 cup cold water and stir into soup mixture. Cook and stir til thick and bubbly.
