Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. While rice is cooking, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add onion; cook and stir 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Add beans, chilies and taco seasoning mix; mix well.
  5. Cook just until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cooked rice; mix well.
  7. Spoon into serving dish; serve with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
