  1. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice.
  5. May add salt and pepper before serving depending on tastes.
