Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry onion in butter until just softened.
  2. Add curry powder and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Add apple, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add banana, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
  5. Add sugar and jam, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add meat, water and crumbled stock cube and simmer, stirring until thick.
