Sweet and Spicy Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
  3. Place chicken in roasting pan with a rack.
  4. Rub in a light coating of cooking oil.
  5. Rub in garlic powder, even under skin and in the cavity.
  6. Dash on your favorite hot sauce, rub it in, all over and in chicken.
  7. Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes in oven brush with bbq sauce, cook an additional 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your chicken.
