Orange Chicken With Broccoli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove fat and skin from chicken.
  2. Combine flour, salt and cinnamon. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
  3. Hea oil over medium high until hot. Add chicken and cook, turning, until well browned all over, 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook chicken over medium high for about 10 minutes. Remove to a plate. Drain fat from pan.
  5. Add onion and rice to pan and cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
  6. Add orange juice, hot sauce and carrots. Heat to boiling.
  7. Return chcien to pan, placing on top of rice mixture. Return heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  8. Add broccoli and orange slices. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes longer until rice and broccoli are tender.
