Sweet and Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Put a little coooking oil in bottom of a crock pot.
  2. Place chicken thighs in crock pot.
  3. In a small bowl mix soup mix, chili sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and water.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Cook on low for 7 hours.
  6. I take the chicken off the bone, shred it and serve it over brown rice. I also pour some of the liquid over the chicken and rice to make it like a teriyaki bowl.
