Sweet-and-Sour Orange Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18-oz.) jar orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until marmalade melts. Remove from heat, and let stand 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
