Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine surimi, avo, sprouts and celery in bowl.
  2. Stir mayo, yogurt, horseradish& lemon juice together.
  3. Add to surimi and toss gently.
  4. Put lettuce leaves on 4 plates and divide salad on top.
