Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb sultana
  • 1/4 lb citron

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, bake in loaf pan for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. For Vegan use the soy milk option.
