A delicous family recipe, adapted to be healthier Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
3 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup milk (use warm soy milk) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 lb sultana |
1/4 lb citron |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, bake in loaf pan for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 2. For Vegan use the soy milk option. |
