Stuffed Crust Pizza....fresh from Your Oven

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine baking mix,oil and water until it forms a soft dough.
  3. After that give it a good 20 strokes.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Grease 12 inch pizza pan.
  6. Adjust the oven rack to the very lowest bottom position.
  7. Press dough evenly into pan making sure that dough is overlapping the side of the pan by an inch.
  8. Place string cheese on the edges of the dough and then fold the dough over the cheese.
  9. Firmly press to seal.
  10. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  11. Top pizza with sauce,cheese and any other toppings that you like.
  12. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  13. Enjoy!
