Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Dressing:.
  3. Combine first five ingredients and mix with hand mixer on medium for 30 seconds.
  4. Add Vegetable Oil in a slow stream and continue to mix for another 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in Poppy Seeds.
  6. Add dressing to salad and toss.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
