Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, soy sauce, white wine, water, and garlic in 6 quart pan.
  2. Heat until sugar melts at medium heat.
  3. Add Chicken and Cover.
  4. Reduce heat so that it still simmers.
  5. Cook for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover and cook 30 minutes longer.
