  3. Add chicken pieces, fry till golden brown as well over high heat, constantly stir-frying to.
  4. Prevent overcooking the chicken.
  5. Once the chicken is browned, add the chicken stock, one cup of water.
  6. Cover. Bring to a boil.
  7. Lower heat when it starts bubbling. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander. Serve!
