Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In mixing bowl, blend mayo and hot peppers, set aside
  3. Heat oil in pan, add peppers, onion and mushrooms
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Saute until tender crisp
  6. Add steak and saute until no longer pink
  7. Cut rolls in half lengthwise
  8. Spread mayo mixture onto roll
  9. Add 3 slices of cheese to each roll
  10. Top with steak and veggie mixture
  11. Bake until cheese melts
