Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Grease 2 baking tins of medium size and set in card board papers and set aside.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs in a mixer till light and fluffy.
  3. Remove from the mixer and pour in a clean dry container.
  4. Add in vanilla essence and flour and mix slowly with a specular until all the flour is done.
  5. Pour the mixture in the baking tins.
  6. Bake for 25mins at 180degrees or until cake tastes done.
