Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Use two 9x7x2.5 inch pyrex dishes
  3. For the bottom layer put half the salsa and half the green chiles in each dish and mix it up.
  4. Cook the spinach and then chop it. Place half the chopped spinach in each dish.
  5. Grate the cheese and place half the grated cheese in each dish.
  6. Beat the eggs and blend in the bisquick, then add the milk, cup by cup as you continue beating the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the two dishes.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until brown crust begins to form on top.
