Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup s f seedless blackbeyy jam
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk jam, oil, and vinegar together, set aside
  2. Layer
  3. Cups spinach and lettice mix, 1/2 cup blue berries, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, amd 1/4 cup crumbled fete cheese. Pour dressing over and toss.
