Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) s f seedless blackbeyy jam |
1/4 cup(s) canola oil |
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Whisk jam, oil, and vinegar together, set aside 2. Layer 3. cups spinach and lettice mix, 1/2 cup blue berries, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, amd 1/4 cup crumbled fete cheese. Pour dressing over and toss. |
