Directions:

  1. Saute onions inches.
  2. Cook spinach until thawed only.
  3. Drain.
  4. Mix in all other ingredients in bowl well.
  5. Soon into a pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
