This is my mom's recipe.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 large onion
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
4 ounces muenster cheese
4 ounces swiss cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
8 ounces cottage cheese (not real loose)
pie crust
Directions:
1.
Saute onions inches.
2.
Cook spinach until thawed only.
3.
Drain.
4.
Mix in all other ingredients in bowl well.
5.
Soon into a pie crust.
6.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
7.
Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
