Spinach Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove stems from spinach, wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs, and green onions in large bowl.
  3. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a jar or salad dressing mixer. Shake vigorously.
  4. Top salad with dressing just before serving and toss gently.
  5. Garnish with bacon and bleu cheese.
