Spicy Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) jar salsa
  • 2 (16 oz) cans corn

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 7x9 ovenproof pan.
  3. Brown turkey.
  4. When browned, stir in salsa and the cilantro, chopped.
  5. Pour salsa-turkey mix into the oven pan.
  6. Spread out the drained corn on the salsa-turkey mix.
  7. Slice potatoes thinly and spread on corn.
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar.
  9. Bake until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
