Ingredients:

  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine turkey mixture, tomato paste, salsa, cilantro and salt in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4 - 5 hours.
  4. Sppon 1/4 cup turkey mixture into each taco shell (flour tortilla); keep warm
  5. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Stir in flour and salt.
  7. Carefully stir in milk.
  8. Cook over low heat until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Combine sour cream and sprinkle of ground red pepper in small bowl.
  11. Stir into hot milk mixture.
  12. Return to heat;cook over low heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  13. Spoon over taco filling.
  14. Makes 8 tacos
