Spicy Apricot Baby Food Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz) jars apricot with tapioca baby food
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and oil.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add baby food, one jar at a time.
  4. Add flour - half of it with spices, then beat in remainder.
