Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. BASE - Combine butter and flour, mixing well. Spread in a 8 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes, until firm. Remove from oven.
  2. FILLING - Combine eggs, brown sugar, spices, baking powder, salt, vanilla and flour. Stir in the walnuts and coconut. Spread over base.
  3. Bake 350* for 25-30 minutes, until golden and firm. Cut into 1 x 2 bars.
