Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
  2. Pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  4. Batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
