Just 3 ingredients! My mother always made these biscuits for me growing up and now they are a staple at my dinner table! Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter |
2 cups self rising flour |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended. 2. pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising. 3. bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20 minutes). 4. batter will make about 10-12 biscuits. |
